gives us a realistic approach to paying off debt in five to seven
years, including owning your home with the money you already
have. Time and Money carries you through
a step by step game plan of eliminating debt and investing in
a safe environment that will lead to financial freedom and another
10 years. We don't need to sell real estate or start our own
business because right now we have everything we need to make
us happy. And the most important thing this book gives you is
freedom. The freedoms to work in the job I love, time to spend
with my family and to live the lifestyle I enjoy. If you long

- Time
and Money provides a simple approach to getting
out of debt while building long-term wealth. As a working
mom earning $35,000 a year I have been able to pay off my
extensive credit card debt in a year and a half and have
just made the last payment on my car by following the systems
in the book. I am now using all of that extra money to pay
off my home mortgage in seven years. This will save me the
cost of the house in interest payments. It has been helpful
to go to the IWantFreedom.org web site and use the financial
calculators to see exactly when I will have the house paid
off. Once the house is paid off I plan to put 40 to 50 percent
of what I earned toward my retirement and still maintain
my same lifestyle. The simple and easy to read book has been
my salvation and has allowed me to regain my personal freedom.

first met Kendrick Mercer in 1986 when I was at a point in my
life where my personal, professional and financial life was at
the lowest. I couldn’t see any way out of my predicament
and was resolved to just to suffer along with the rest of my

teachings available for everyone. Ace has spent countless time and energy
to make his message easy to understand and comprehend to clients and those
new to the philosophy. Even though I have been a student for several years,
I find this book and its message as refreshing as the first time I met Kendrick.

in the field, Time and Money provides
the reader with an explicit game plan to reach financial independence,

a single mother with three children it is an incredible feeling

This book gave me my life and freedom back. The concepts and
step-by-step debt reduction program found in the book was designed
for the average person like myself. Each month I take active
